“Team MVP – I would again like to personally thank all of you for the phenomenal job you did educating our Soldiers. Your impact was truly substantive, and will undoubtedly have a long lasting effect on our young men and women who attended the training. Your teaching style and ability to connect with our Soldiers made the training extremely enjoyable and life altering for some. You are all far more impressive in person than your highly accomplished bio’s read.”

MVP’s key training with military groups is a 2-day train the trainer program. This program empowers military members to utilize the curriculum long after MVP trainers leave base.

This group was hired as Subject Matter Experts, along with Gail Stern and Duane de Four, to develop and deliver Bystander Intervention and Train the Trainer to Train Others (T5O) training for hundreds of Airmen over the past few years. These Airmen are delivering the training to all Airmen (nearly 500,000) by the end of 2012. Amazing!!

“I wanted to thank you for all of your help and training expertise over the past year and a half (or more) with the BI Training development and execution. Over the past year, we trained over 430 Airmen (military and civilians) to be BI trainers and qualified train the trainers. And, since the beginning of BI training, the AF has trained 104,000 people. We have heard a lot of positive feedback about the training and it is making an impact.”
